Drive Shaft
It seems to have a two piece drive shaft that turns inside the other and right now it is not turning as maybe seized or fused together. First time ever seeing this type machine so I am not sure of what is going on.

You should be able to get a manual and parts from Hebeler 716-873-9300. From memory I think threre is a sleeve bearing between the two shafts which seized. If you never change the felt seals this is a common occurance.
