i have problem in TC column temparature ,my set point it 30C ,but it reached this temp and must be set in this temp,but my instrumnt the temp still increased my be yp to 32C SO I CANNOT RUN MY SAMPLE becouse coulmn not raady please advice

That not a issue sir. You can run the samples in this temperature 32. your peak will get eluted around 5 to 8 min
