ERROR 1007 in TECHNE PRIME

Dear Sirs,

I wonder if someone can help get rid of the following errors during running:

Error 1007, which appears most of the time

Error 1012

Error 1006

Bearing in mind that sometimes, the experiment can rum normally, and in some run operation we get one of the above mentioned errors, which stop the running.
