vent the effluents from the detector

How should I insert the vent tube of the FID detector, what material should I use? .for the dangers of working with pesticides

The FID is a destructive detector so not much really is left into the vent gas from the detector. In addition you have a hydrogen flame so you really can't have anything directly connected. Your best option is to install a snorkel vent or extractor vent and position it above the detector. Dan

THANKS, but it is exactly I refer. My detector equipment needs something that makes the effluents flow out to the extractor hood, I already have a Teflon hose installed, but I need to know what material I would use to attach it to it, because the manual says so.
