Calibration
Dear sir,
We have your instrument DSC-60 and During Calibration One calibration parameter i.e. Sensitivity Test did not meet the acceptance criteria.
Test Parameter
Observed Value of current PM result
Limit
Sensitivity Test (Indium)
Onset Value
155.52 °C
154.9 to 157.9 °C
Enthalpy
-35.0 J/g
-27.0 to -30.0 J/g
and root cause given that due to improper sample preparation (improper crimping the sample crucible) during heat flow calibration and wrong factor was calculated by the DSC-60t.Please provide scientific justification how it corelates each other.
