error 12
I have a C-MAG HS7 that is displaying error 12. Would you happen to know what that error is? It is not in the manual.

Hello
I am getting error11 on IKA CMAG HS7
, when i unplug mains earth from pcb Instrument works normally (not recommended as it passes leakage current over body of Instrument)
But reconneting Earth wire doesn't resolve error 11
Let me know if you find anything

everything is much simpler: replace the motor and the device will work .
