Gas flow problem
I have run samples overnight in the quatro mass but the nitrogen gas was finished at night and however the instrument was still runnig samples. the next day I changed the nitrogen gas but when i check the gas flow, the desolvation gas and cone are off. I dunno whats the problem, maybe somethig block the flow but I dunno where to find if this is the problem.

Does your instrument have a flow controller? When an instrument loses gas flow a flow controller will turn off. It will not always turn back on when gas flow is reestablished. You may have to find in your software or on the instruments front panel where to turn it back on.
