CFX96

Hy everybody, Ihave BioRad CFX96, it displays on the dashboard the following message: UNDER REMOTE CONTROL.  When i open the CFX software there is a message indicating that  no instrulent was found. Im sure that the CFX96 is well connected to the computer. could someone help me please ?
