FP 2020 Jasco and 1100 Agilent pump

To whom its may concern

I need to use the fluorimeter detector Jasco FP 2020 to an HPLC Agilent 1100. Have you any tips?

You should connect the detector as the last in the series and use at least 0.5mm ID tubing for the cell outlet to avoid over pressure on the outlet. Connect the [1V Inte output] on the rear panel to the A/D for the data system. You can run a [time program] or [autozero] using contact closure from the host data system by cabling to the connectors on the rear panel. Control through the keypad and display - you can control all instrument functions this way including scanning. The signal ouput is 'full time', so you don't need to turn it on/off. refer to the manual for details of the operation and contact you local JASCO office for more direct support.
