Breeze software fail to start

Dear Sir

  Could you please advice me how to solve the problem of Breeze software cannot recognize key floppy discette. I've installed the breeze diskette key in the windows nt and already successful installed in my pc. Problem was when I open Breeze software and the system shown that key still not installed. Could you please assist me. My system is waters isocratic pump 1515 with differential rafractrometer waters 410 with column oven and manual injector.
