Network connection issues

Hello I have an issue with the instrument connection, the software is displaying next window: "An operation was attempted on a nonexistent network connection". I need to configure the instrument network connection? If so, can you explain it to me? Thanks in advance

Hi. I am assuming you have powered down the FTIR already, as this model had a tendency to shut its network connection after a while. Alternatively, try the run command (windows +R), then type in ping 167.116.185.70

This will test the network port and should return 3 replies. If it does, then ping 167.116.185.71 which tests the instrument.
