Vaccum not created

Dear Sir /Madam

I have used a Heidolph Hei-VAP rotor evaporator. The instrument works fine but not on some days. Without the sample flask vaccum it creates properly, but when we attach the sample (material)  flask then it doesn't create vaccum. So please sir suggest me. Reply soon.
