Loss of Configuration

Hello! I am new to this site, and hoping to find some adive for the following continuous problem:

I have the GC-2010, and have recently had to replace the CPU due to the insturment losing its configuration, specifically it will say that the detector (an FID) is not installed. For several weeks after the CPU was installed, the instrument ran great.

Flash to today, when it suddenly has had the same issue. replacing the battery didn't work, replacing the CPU didn't work, and Shimadzu claims it is the amount of voltage the instrument is receiving. I had an electrician come in and check the outlet circuit this morningĀ (it was exactly 120V, very little fluctuation). I also had him check the voltage regulator output (should be 110V, but read back slightly low at 108V-but constant).

I have contacted the maintenance team again today at Shimadzu, but they are often extremely busy and do not schedule appointments for the instrument repair but try to "fit us in somewhere" and I am really at a loss as to how to keep this instrument running!

If anyone has resolved a similar issue-any advice would be wonderful!
