Insert from DCU throws error message

Hello STARLIMS developers,

I have configured my DCU Method in Equipment manager  to read results from a .csv file. When I click on the "insert from DCU" link, I'm getting an error pop message - " File cannot be uploaded on server" .

Need help ingesting results from .csv file .

 

Any help will be highly appreciated!!
