This is Annour Gebril from University Putra Malaysia, Faculty of Biotechnology & Biomolecular Science, Plant Biochemistry & Biotechnology Lab.

Could you please help me? My thermal cycler is having problem.

I have already set the program of PCR as usual but when click run to start it, it is start with initial temperature (94C°) but the system stack at this temperature for long time more than the time required (3 min) and I does not move to the next step.

Could you please tell me what should I do to solve this matter?
