Connection through hdmi/usb

I have one camera Moticam 580 5.0mp.

Fault HDMI" Ejansl. SIgnalkabel.

It has in long time gone off/on. Now it does not work.

I have changed the computer and use the hdmi connection. But the hdmi connection do not work. The program is lost.

Is it possible to get the program and/or get the print card named QL2012.48, - the input of the hdmi card?
