Vacuum Issues

I was wondering if anyone has had persisting vacuum issues? My waste has been empited, no lines are pinched. All empty wells are sealed. There is a nick in the rubber ring around the back left plate (apologies for any incorrect terminology, I am new to the machine and company), but the tech support guy is said that is normal? I can't have it serviced bevause they are trying to charge over 4,000 for that. Any help would be great!!

My only other idea is the type of seal I'm using?
