lamps not lighting

I have a Cary100 (18 years old) and I have replaced the lamps but neither are lighting. I'm certain the lamps are OK - I feel there is an internal power supply that may have failed. Any help here?

If your both lamps are ok. Check vis on signal comes on and -12 volt will appear which will turn on vis lamp and then uv lamp will come on. In case for further info please check this first and let me know.
