Connecting RS-P26 printer

We have the RS-P26 printer and are trying to get it to comunicate with the T70 titrator. I have configureded all settings to match printer with titrator. Keep getting no connection message on printer. What should I try?

What is the firmware of the T70? Is the T70 set for printer RS-232 Compact printer? Which COM port is the printer connected to?

Firmware version is 3.1.2. Only choice for compact printer is USB. Have tried RS-232 and RS-232 Data Export. Have tried both COM 1 & 2. Have tried different BAUD rates, parity bits, and handshake. To no avail.

Select under Setup>Hardware>Peripherals>Printer type, set to RS-232. The parameters cannot be changed and the printer must be changed to match. The Balance feature needs to be Disabled.

That seemed to work. Not getting Not Connected error any longer. Green power light now on steady. Thanks.

What parameters in the Record function are you wanting to print? Any titration curves? Can you print the method?

Have not been able to print anything. Printer just gives the message "Function Disabled". Can't seem to figure out how to enable.
