EA 4031 and 4032
We moved into a space that had an existing HP 1050 HPLC. I has been sitting for about a year.
We keep getting the following errors:
ea 4031: Injector Valve has failed to move to the by passs position
Chek the pressue of the air supply. Make sure the J22 solenoid valve onthe alm board is fully inserted. Make sure that connector J20 valve sensor on ALM board is fully inserted.
ea 4032: Injector valve has failed to move into the mainpass position.

We thought it might have been the audtosampler module itself so we purchase another one.
Once setup, it sill is producing same error with new autosampler module.
Reply byThe injector is pneumatic, so you must have 80 psi of Nitrogen or Dry Air to the blue fitting on the back of the autosampler or it won't come to "ready."
