Autoreferencing errors

Hello,

After a sample loop change, our multisampler began giving us errors where the module refused to initialize properly.

The actual error looks like this - the multisampler powers on, and moves to initialize. It moves all around the autosampler, but fails to move into the home position. Lab Advisor returns an "Internal Error" message and an "autoreference data for needle missing" message.

I have verified that the loop is installed correctly and I tried a cold restart, but I was hoping someone else had encountered and resolved this issue.
