ERROR CODE: SIG:E9508 & SIG:E9509

At initial initialization, I received an instrument problem: error code: SIG:E9508 Offset out of range Fault reported by the instrument software & SIG:E9509 pga gain 2 out of range Fault reported by the instrument software. Does anyone know how to fix this problem? Thank you!
