What is the minimum sample volume for A280 (protein)?

Hi, there. For the Beckman Coulter/DU-520, I am wondering what the minimum sample volume for A280 (protein) is. Is it 50 microL? By the way, I am using a 1-cm cuvette. Thanks very much for your kind help in advance.

Generally speaking, if you are using a micro cuvetter, putting anything less than the normal full volume can cause you readout stability problems if the miniscus appears in the middle of the beam path.  So, if it is a 50ul cuvette then yes, use 50ul.
