Elevator failure timeout


I am using blue racks to run my samples. I used it correctly. But recently, we moved the machine in our lab. The technician assembled it correctly. Then, everything was running fine. But, since last couple of runs, the racks got stuck and I got a message

"Elevator failure".

" Please make sure rack is correctly mounted and press [START] to initiate counting process again.'

Firstly, how do I remove my blue rack with vials from this position?

Secondly, what is he cause and how can it be fixed.
