Error 40 – Blade rotation error

Hello,

I keep getting Error 40 – Blade rotation error. It stops rotating less than 10 seconds after starting. When it is off and I try to rotate it manually, it does not rotate as freely as before.

How can I open the shaft and clean it? Is there any instructions or videos on that?
