spectrophotometer model CE1020

We have a single beam Cecil spectrophotometer model CE1020 ( please see the attached picture). but there is something wrong with it and we couldn't launch it. Since it is an old version of the instrument we don't have any guidelines or manual files to find the problem and launch it properly.  Could you send us a guideline for this model and help us to repair and use it? There is E12 appearing on the display as soon as I turn on the spectrophotometer.   Thank you in advance!   Shima
