power supply failure

Dear Technical manager:

Hi there

I own BioRad MyiQ iCycler Thermal Cycler which accidentally pluged in 220v when 110v was set!

after replacing 4A 220v fuse & 2 1000mi/200v capacitors,

still the unit dosen't turn on in 110v &220v now.

the 8A 110v fuses are ok.

I reviewed troubleshooting chapter which says reset breaker?

I checked all componenets( SL22 2R5(4.5Ohms) & Bridge diode) which seems to be ok.

please give me a technical hint to solve the problem.

thank you in advance
