power supply failure

Dear Technical manager:

Hi there

I own Biorad MyiQ iCycler Thermal cycler which accidentally pluged in 220v when 110v was set!

after replacing 4A 220v fuse & 2-1000m/200v capacitors

the unit still dosen't turn on in 110v & 220v now.

the 8A fuses are ok.

I reviewed troubleshooting chapter which says reset breaker?

I checked all componenets SL22 2R5(4.5Ohms) & bridge diode but seems to be ok.

please give me a technical hint to solve the problem.

thank you in advance
