Fatal Error 0x8013 "Cover Driver Open Circuit"

Has anyone encountered Fatal Error 0x8013 "Cover Driver Open Circuit"? If you have any information about this error and how to correct it, please let me know. Also, if you have the service manual for this particular instrument, I would appreciate if you could share it with me.
