PC board replacement and its interface

Hello everybody!

We have problem with motherboard of Beckman Optima L-80XP. It doesn't start after power on. It shows black screen, doesn't show BIOS. The battery is new. I have check hard drive - it ok and starts on other PC properly.

How do you think is it possible connect another PC motherboard to centrifuge?

Is it only Com-1 (RS232) connect to centrifuge? Or it is specific interface?
