the instrument cannot complete self-test.

My name is Zhiping Wang, at Zhejiang University, Hangzhou, Zhejiang, China.

Our Lab bought an Ultrospec 2000 UV/Visble Spectrophotometer in 2000. Now, the instrument always stays at the first step of self-test after it is turned on. The self-test cannot be completed. I want to know how to deal with it. Do you have an agency in China? Thank you for your help!
