1. Check mechanical pump oil level every 3 months, replace every 6 months or as necessary indicated by oil color. See Pfeiffer DUO oil color chart http://www.jbiscientific.com/Service/DOCdownload/DOCdownload.html 2. 12 months or as needed lubricate the X/Y Feedthrough assemblies using PTFE Dry Lube Spray available from JBI Scientific. 3. 12 Months, check and replace o-rings 4. 12 months, open and clean source chamber JBI Scientific offers basic Voyager service training. The training includes preforming PM serivce and basic service troubleshooting.
