Auto Sample problem

Hi, We have Agilent 7683B Auto Sampler, We are getting Problem With auto sampler arm is not moving and making beep sound, we thought it was a sampler problem and we replaced with new sampler, but still we are facing the same problem could you please let me know how to fix this one
