F1, F2, F3 and now D4 Errors on New Centrifuge.

Our centrifuge is just out of warranty and now (perfect timing, ugh) started having issues. It started throwing errors F1 (slow vacuum), F2 (lost vacuum), F3 (lost vacuum) while trying to start and during a run. Now, it has a D4 Drive error every time we try to run it. Anything that we can do without having to call service?

Hi,

Bets bet to start is to check the motor drive shaft Hall efect gasket in the base of the chamber. Even the slightest, hole, rip or tear can cause big vacuum problems. Will it run if you run the unit at speeds less than half the rotor maximum speed?
