F4 &5 fuses burn wen I connect Rear panel connector

Hi, I hope youre having a good day, I have a dual detectors HP GC 5890 series II. When I disconnect all connections Except rear panel connector and turn on the GC , its F4&5 fuses burn. I replace mother board, rear panel connector, connector band.It is Ok when it is not connected to rear panel connector but immediately after connecting real panel connector F4 and 5 burn. I disconnect all the boards from motherboard also all other connections except PNB socket.Can you please let me know on the basis of your experience what should I do? Regards Ted

Hello taghin7650. Did you solve your problem. I have the same issue with my F4 and F5 fuses only, in my case, my 5890 shut itself off . I changed the fuses and then the power supply but they still burn out. Other than changing the side board I haven't tried anything else. I will appreciate your time.
