AU400 Not recognizing Tests for QC or Patient

So. A day ago the sample probe bottomed out in a sample cup because there was not enough specimen. I re-initialized the analyzer and inspected the probe, ran a chem7 QC and all seemed to be well. The analyzer now won't recognize a test. The reagent settings are correct, the QC settings are correct. The calibration is still valid. The analyzer does not throw any errors. It simply looks at the specimen and then passes it through. What ways are there to deactivate a test within the analyzer? I have been wracking my brain over this for the past day. I have not found any solution. Any help would be appreciated.
