Cycle Halting during running

My AS12 VWR model autoclave is erroring and saying cycle canceled, venting when it is trying to reach sterilization temp and pressure. Today I noticed that the pressure was higher than normal on the start up of the cycle that cenceled. Normally after the failed cycle I can run a cycle and it functions as normal. What are some reasons this could be happening?
