Liquid level activation from a condenser

Hello! Can you please assist. I can not evacuate an accumulated liquid from the L/G separator (a condenser). The LIC level set point is established but when the actual level goes beyond the set point, the condensed liquid is supposed to evacuate from the condenser into the scale outside (on a flask), that is a part of the Microactivity reactor set, but it does not and instead accumulates in the condenser. Could you advise if you had a similar experience and how you dealt with evacuating the liquid. Perhaps you can suggest where to get a manual for a condenser or PID settings for the controller LIC that will ease the task. Thanks a lot in advance!
