How to connect RF-10Axl to LC

Dears all, I need to know where and how I can connect RF-10Axl with LC20AD Prominence. The RF-10Axl, previously, was connected by wired cable (white, black, and green) but during a transfer from a laboratory to another one I loose where it should be connect. This HPLC is equipped with PDA SPD-M20A, Autosampler SIL-20ACHT, Column Oven CTO-20A, CBM-20A, and degasser unit DGU-20A5. Someone could help me? Thank you so mouch in advance.
