Hardware fault F7 and F10 (Apparently chiller)

We have been experiencing this failure randomly for about a year. we believe that the F7 fuse carrier is damaged and causing the fuse to blow, but we have been reluctant to remove the board and replace the part as it is a surface mount part. The same fuse fails every time, and replacing it (up until now) seemed to get us 4 to 6 months of use. Now the fuse has failed twice the same day and we believe that it has finally completely failed. We have another System that we retired of the same make and model and would like to swap the board, but we are wondering if the serial # of the unit will be carried fom the old unit to he unit to be repaired. Any input would be appreciated.
