Sensor open or short Error

Hi, We have a problem with two new units of maplelab thermal cycler CYL-006-1 having serial no. 058601011& 058601010. When trying to run a program an error message "sensor open or short, Abandon run options" appears in both the units. We tried different programs with different parameter settings, also tried the default programs but still have the same error message. Both the systems are new and we are not able to use it. The snaps of the error message is attached herewith for your review. You are kindly requested to please advise a solution to rectify this fault.
