Request for technical support

Greetings, We have a question regarding technical support for our DeltaNu device (Raman spectrometer Advantage 532). Namely, an error has occurred while starting the device. An wrong power source was connected to the device with higher voltage (19V vs 12V) but lower current (3.4A vs 5A). The device is currently not responding and we are requesting assistance in determining what could be broken. Could you refer me to anyone who can be of help in this case or at least send us the circuit diagram of the instrument? Best regards, }eljko Mravik
