Air bubbles

What causes excessive air bubbles in the T70 when dispensing Silver Nitrate. I had to do a 10 mL burette check 4 times in order to get this check within specification.

Air bubbles are possible from may thing. Loose or damaged tubing fittings. A damaged or leaking stopcock valve. And even outgasing of the titrant due to dissolved gases in the reagent.

Where and when are the bubbles appearing?
