Vacuum motor not working

Hallo All, Please help and advice me regarding problem at avanti JXN-26 I got a problem in this machine, The vacuum did not working and the rpm rotor stuck at 7900 rpm, no error code appear bon the display, Do you all have suggestions what must I check to this machine Thank you & Best Regards
