Service Manual or Service Mode??

We have a Quantstudio 3 that now just displays an error message when you start it up asking you to restart. You can go into settings but any action you attempt it tells you the machine is currently in a run. I've checked all 3 boards, wires, PSU, sensors readings, interconnect cables, etc. Is there some way to see what the actual error is. I assume the factory built in some form of debug mode or have a service manual somewhere. Any help in the right direction would be greatly appreciated.

Hi! I'm facing a very similar issue with our QuantStudio 5 — the system shows an error on startup, says it's currently in a run, and doesn't allow any actions. I saw your post about the QuantStudio 3 and was wondering if you were able to resolve the issue. Did you happen to find a service manual or a way to enter a debug mode? Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
