Flexstation 3 error 404

We started getting error 404 on our Flexstation 3. We are not able to find anywhere what 404 is on a Flexstation beyond the generic mechanical error. Can anyone tell us what 404 is specifically referring to ? Thank you.

Hi This is A&K Biosource,

404 is either excitation or emission shutter error. Cannot tell which one till instrument is taken apart. We do have special crates for safe transportation of FlexStations. Reach out for for mor information and logistics. Look us up by searching A&K Biosource
