Installation of sensor seems not working. "Did not receive a status message from the sensor." always appear when trying to install the sensor. Actions taken 1. Tried several ports (usb, serial cable, usb-serial) 2. Updated the usb driver in the computer software 3. Reinstalled the EasyMatch QC app What else can we try to trouble shoot this? If I may ask, have you ever encountered this kind of problem before? Do you think its just about the sensor? Or the whole equipment itself?
