Help needed

Good evening. I have some problem in launching a UltraScan HunterLab. I accidently closed the equipment before closing the computer for wich the equipment was connected.And after that my stopped doing any measurement could you tell how I should proceed in order to get UltraScan to do measurement

Hi, I'm sorry you're experiencing this problem. Would you mind telling me what instrument you have connected to the software? Also, have you tried restarting both the software and instrument?

Hi,

Please try running through the reset procedures outlined in the links below. The first is a hard reset procedure of the instrument itself and the second resets the sensor information from within the software. Please let me know if you continue to experience these issues and we can troubleshoot further.
