Teledyne Tekmar versus Shimadzu

Hi All, The Teledyne Tekmar Torch uses a NDIR detector for TOC analysis and at best we see 150 counts for our highest calibration point (30 ppm). Has anyone had any success with using catalysts from other suppliers? How many absorbance counts do you see see using a shimadzu TOC analyzer? Thanks!
