programming my centrifuge

We recently had annual PM service on all our centrifuges. The field engineer changed the programs for all the calibrations and functionality testing. We use these centrifuges to concentrate blood products prior to cryopreservation. We are not confident that we have reprogrammed these centrifuges correctly, since it is unclear from the display whether the setting is in RPM or RCF. The 400g program we believe we have set is not giving us the same TNC recovery as before the centrifuge service. How can we tell whether we have set RPM or RCF (g) ?
